'Monstera Meditation I' Prints

I wanted to create something that would communicate a sense of inner peace and tranquility as I personally came to the realization that though a person’s spirituality can be rooted in a religious faith, it doesn’t have to be.

Peace and happiness are deeply personal, and uniquely individual. That’s the beauty of life – every single one of us can decide what is most important for ourselves. We can each find inner strength and fortitude; to learn to sit alone with our thoughts; to accept and love ourselves as we are.

My wish for everyone is to be able to find inner peace and quiet, even when the world around us seems loud and confusing. That we can each find harmony within ourselves.

This watercolor piece is dedicated to my daughter, who I hope will one day see herself the way I see her.
