Jack Malstrom is a self-taught painter from Utah who primarily works with oils and the occasional watercolor. Many of her pieces are inspired by nature, the moon, the cosmos, and mundane magic. She enjoys the process of creating with oils, as they allow her the opportunity to work through deep personal feelings as she works with the paint. Through her combination of realism and imagination, her artworks inspire oneness with the forces around us and provoke thoughtfulness towards our impact on the natural world.
